Today, the last day of November (and my moms B-day!) is the last day of NaNoWriMo and lots of students have exceeded there word count goal, such as T.Q., L.M., L.R., B.A.M., A.F. and hopefully, everyone else. Remember, we have till midnight till NaNoWriMo is over. Good luck and happy birthday Mom!!!

Obama reveals a plan to send more troops to war in the spring. The ones currently at war are growing tired of war. President Obama plans to tell the nation after Thanksgiving. He might be sending “tens of thousands” of troops. Because of 9-11, Obama says, “It is in the best interest of the nation to ‘destroy and dismantle’ all remaining terrorists and their allies.”
I think that someone should speak up and just end the dang war! Does anyone even remember what they are fighting about- other than the safety of our country- ? (Of course they do, but I want to make a point.) War is generally pointless. Why not end it?

We got to cook at school. It was a blast, but I am going to tell you the most fun part of the day we got to cook! We cut onion’s it burned everyone’s eyes. We peeled potatoes and carrots. We had a blast. I love cooking at school!

We spent the entire day cooking for the Friendship feast tomorrow. I am bossy, so I was glad I was the only one chopping potatoes. First I had to scrub them with my hands! We thought it would be boring, but I figured out I want to cook more.

Book Group Presentations!
Today we had a quote of the week by mother Teresa and it was:
“Don’t wait for leaders do it alone person to person”.
Then we had time to work on our book group’s for one hour. Then we had the presentation of our book group’s. I was not happy about that at all. My group went last.
Then we evaluated ourselves about how we thought we did on the presentation.
A.S.R. was next but it was indoors thank god the school finally notice’s that it’s muddy outside.
Then it was time for munch munch munch.
Right after that it was music. We had to this thing called the three billy goats gruff. It was a mad house when we showed what we learned after practicing for about 15 minutes. The boy’s went mad even our teacher laughed which you don’t usually see.
Then we came back to our classroom to do some egg drop math I actually found it fun. Then it was time for job’s and t.t.w.y. week by week math. Then Heather’s going to read us MBS.
Today we had DEAR instead of free journal. We then practiced jump roping in PE, then reading groups and shift 1 .After lunch we has shifts 2,3, and 4. We are heading to FAM in ten minutes and then we will go home.
Today we skipped work this morning because we went to the library,and then stopping by the new skate park,getting back to school at 11;30. Most of us got soaking wet. We then had art and genre group work after lunch.
